Website privacy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This notice explains how personal information may be handled when you visit the BeVibe studio pages at bevibe.me or contact us by email. It does not cover the separate ImFine and UpliftMe product websites, which provide their own privacy information.

Information handled by this website

The studio website does not offer accounts, forms, comments or newsletter sign-up. Its pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and the site does not use third-party tracking scripts.

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. This information may be recorded in server logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive the information you choose to include, together with your email address and message metadata. We use it to read and respond to your message, keep relevant correspondence and protect the service from abuse. Email is handled through the providers used by you and BeVibe.

Retention and sharing

We keep correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, related records or legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security settings. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that operate the website or email, or disclosed where legally required.

Your choices

You can browse these pages without sending us a message. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information about you. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion, email hello@bevibe.me.

Changes

We may update this notice if the website, its providers or our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
